Pomace Olive Oil

The crude pomace olive oil produced is the product of olive cake treatment.

Once the olive cake is received, it is dried and then proceeds to the extraction section. There in a controlled pressure and temperature environment and with the aid of hexane the pomace olive oil from the olive cake is extracted, and is about 8-12% on dry olive cake basis.

The oil is then completely separated from the hexane in the distillation phase and the product is ready to be sold to refineries for further processing in order to become edible.
